A Massachusetts federal judge is poised to order further proceedings in environmentalists’ bid to stall a controversial climate report that underpins Trump administration efforts to revoke the EPA’s greenhouse gas endangerment finding.
Focusing mainly on plaintiffs’ request to produce documents related to the report, Judge William G. Young of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts said he’s “very sensitive” to their desire for an order on the motion within the next few weeks.
