Judge Denies Solar for All Injunction After Government Assurance

States lost their bid Tuesday for a court order preventing money for solar programs from being moved while litigation continues, after the EPA agreed the fund amounts would stay in the same Treasury account.

Judge Tiffany M. Cartwright of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington denied the states’ motion for a preliminary injunction just days after ordering the parties to revisit negotiations that had fallen apart.
