Chemours Can’t Sue Over Drinking Water Advisories, EPA Says

The Chemours Co.‘s lawsuit challenging an EPA drinking water health advisory for two PFAS wrongly challenges an important informational tool Congress intended the EPA to provide, the agency has told a federal court.

The Environmental Protection Agency filed its opening brief on Monday in a case before the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
