Sens. John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) reupped their concerns about the administration’s power plant carbon emissions plan in a letter to EPA Administrator Michael Regan — latching onto recent comments from White House climate envoy John Kerry’s recent comments at COP28 to criticize the limits of carbon capture technology.
