Attention in Congress will turn to domestic disaster relief after lawmakers deal with fiscal 2024 funding, according to Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.).
“We have huge agricultural parts of that that impact both red and blue states. At some point, it will become urgent business,” said Heinrich, a member of the Appropriations Committee.
