More than 100 health-care organizations have signed the White House/HHS health sector climate pledge for emission reduction and climate resilience, the Department of Health and Human Services said Thursday.
A delegation from the HHS made the announcement at the UN Climate Conference, according to the department.
The HHS also said it plans to collaborate with the National Health Service of England to develop proposals for aligned procurement requirements.
