The General Services Administration is again requesting comments about the agency’s proposed greenhouse gas emissions reporting requirement that would apply to many of the contractors selected for its $50 billion Alliant 2 information technology services mega-contract.
A similar request on the proposed requirement was initially issued in August 2016, but the agency received only four comments, from one individual and one industry association.
