Environmental groups lack standing to challenge the EPA’s alleged failure to promptly regulate the PFAS-generating use of fluorine gas to strengthen plastics, a federal appeals court ruled on Friday.
Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER) and the Center for Environmental Health (CEH) asked the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to overturn a district court’s ruling.
