Greens Target EPA Over ‘Once In Always In’ Air Policy Reversal

Green groups are taking another shot at the Trump administration’s reversal of a toxic air policy that would lock in pollution controls for large power plants and refineries.

The Natural Resources Defense Council, Sierra Club, California Communities Against Toxics, and others filed a petition for review at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, asking judges to examine the reversal of the policy known as “once in always in.”
