Clark Stockton Lord joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its public finance & infrastructure practice in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Lord’s practice includes forming special districts, handling bond issuances, advocating for legislation, creating economic development programs, and advising on land development transactions that involve government regulation. His background at a municipal city attorney’s office gives him a practical perspective when advising both public and private clients, the firm said.
He joins from Bracewell.
