Environmental and community groups are taking the Trump administration to court over pollution shields for coal-fired power plants granted by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Air Alliance Houston, Clean Air Council, the Sierra Club, and other groups filed the lawsuit at the US District Court for the District of Columbia Thursday, claiming the exemption violates the law and will raise health risks among vulnerable populations.
