Green Groups Sue EPA Over Latest Greenhouse Gas Reporting Delay

The Environmental Protection Agency unlawfully extended deadlines for companies to report greenhouse gas emissions, a new lawsuit alleges.

Green groups filed a protective petition for review in the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit Thursday, alleging further delays to releasing air pollution data prevents the public from accessing “vital information.”
