Government Owes Entergy $34 M for Not Storing Nuclear Waste

The Energy Department owes Entergy Nuclear Indian Point 2, LLC approximately $34.4 million in damages for the department’s failure to remove spent nuclear fuel from the Indian Point Unit 2 reactor located outside of New York City (Entergy Nuclear Indian Point 2, LLC v.
