Genera-NF Energia Contract Amendment Approved With Observations

Puerto Rico’s financial oversight board says it approved “with observations” an amendment to the contract between Genera and New Fortress Energy’s NF Energia.

• Board says in letter to Genera that it found the amendment complies with federal legislation that seeks to ensure proposed contracts promote market competition and aren’t inconsistent with approved fiscal plans
