Gebbers Farms, located in Brewster, Wash., will pay $17,078 for exposing workers to pesticides, the Environmental Protection Agency announced Wednesday.
The EPA said it conducted a routine inspection at three Gebbers Farms orchards on the Colville Indian Reservation near Brewster and found Gebbers failed to meet labeling requirements for placement of a safety poster, decontamination, and storage and disposal of pesticides.
