David B. Fischer, an attorney who recently helped shape rules and decisions the EPA has issued on chemicals and pesticides, joined Keller and Heckman LLP this week.
Fischer’s inside-the-agency knowledge of regulations will provide the firm’s staff and its clients “with critical insight and perspective when bringing new products to market and keeping them there,” said Herb Estreicher, a partner in the law firm’s Washington, D.C. and Brussels offices.
