Carol Browner, until recently President Obama’s top adviser on climate change and energy, has been named a senior fellow with the Center for American Progress where she will focus on international and domestic policy, the group announced April 20.
Browner also served as administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency for all eight years of the Clinton administration from 1993-2001.
