Fired Black Tronox Engineer’s Proof Warrants Retaliation Trial

Tronox LLC failed to show a Black electrical engineer was unquestionably fired for poor performance instead of for complaining about race bias and filing a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a Mississippi federal judge ruled.
