FERC Upholds Venture Global Side in Disclosure Case With Shell

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission sided with Venture Global Inc. in an ongoing case brought by Shell Plc against the LNG exporter to disclose certain information to Shell, according to a filing on Thursday.
