US energy regulators on Thursday unanimously approved applications from four natural gas developers, as the acting chairman voiced a goal of consensus to get projects built.
While the four Federal Energy Regulatory Commission didn’t comment on any of the gas projects before approving the agenda, acting Chairman Willie Phillips said after the meeting that the lack of public controversy around natural gas projects reflects a “real effort by everyone involved to come to a consensus.”
