A coalition of Texas farmers, the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER), and the Potomac Riverkeeper Network asked the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit Tuesday to hear their appeal of the US District Court for the District of Columbia’s September ruling.
