Ex-Treasury Official Raskin Eyed for Yellen Climate Position (1)

Sarah Bloom Raskin, who served as a top Treasury official in the Obama administration, is being eyed for a new post leading climate-change policy under Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, according to two people familiar with the matter.

Raskin was deputy Treasury secretary from 2014 to 2017. She also spent more than three years as a Federal Reserve governor, overlapping with Yellen’s time at the central bank.
