A former air traffic control specialist failed to show the Federal Aviation Administration discriminated against him because of his age, dooming his bias suit against the US Transportation Department.
The ex-employee wasn’t a top candidate for new roles, and several of the workers who landed the jobs he applied for were actually older than him, so there’s no genuine factual dispute necessitating a trial, the US District Court for the District of Columbia said Thursday.
