EU to Look Again at Disputed Guidance on Pesticides and Bees

The European Union has started a process to rethink the way it assesses how pesticides may hurt bees.

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) May 8 published a call for nominations to a group of scientists and other stakeholders that would help the authority as it takes another look at guidance on pesticides and bees that was finalized in 2013 but never fully implemented.
