EU Court: Chemicals in Article Parts Must Be Disclosed

Manufacturers will need to know and report even more information about certain chemicals in component parts of products they make, in light of a Sept. 10 EU Court of Justice ruling, an industry consultant and an attorney told Bloomberg BNA.
