EPA’s Limited Use of Dicamba Through July Survives Challenge

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s decision to allow farmers to use dicamba-based herbicides through the end of July was left intact by a federal appeals court that had previously found that the agency improperly permitted the weedkillers’ use two years ago.
