The EPA has told a group of employees in Michigan they no longer have to work in a modular office that the workers claim is full of dirty air, according to an internal email reviewed by Bloomberg Law.
The decision comes as a win for the American Federation of Government Employees Local 704, who have been fighting for years against what they deem to be unsafe working conditions at the vehicle testing lab in Ann Arbor.
