The EPA has released updated data about the chemicals made domestically and imported into the US—information that will shape federal and state chemical regulations and policies.
The Environmental Protection Agency on Monday released information gathered through its Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule that companies provided in 2024. The data reflects companies’ domestic chemical production or imports in 2020 through 2023 along with general details they provide about how their chemicals are used or processed.
