The EPA failed to timely act on New Jersey’s and Nevada’s revisions to their state plans to meet air quality standards, an environmental group told federal courts in Washington, D.C., and California.
The Environmental Protection Agency’s delay violates the Clean Air Act, according to the lawsuits filed by Our Children’s Earth Foundation.
