The EPA has agreed with its biggest union to reverse a group of provisions imposed during the Trump administration in a contract that employees say was signed under duress.
The memorandum of understanding signed by the Environmental Protection Agency and the American Federation of Government Employees provides an early sign that EPA Administrator Michael Regan is following through on his stated commitment to improve the agency’s relationship with its staff. The interim agreements in the memo are set to take effect on Wednesday.
