The EPA has released for public comment its strategy to review the health effects of fluoride in drinking water.
The preliminary assessment plan the Environmental Protection Agency announced on Tuesday doesn’t contain conclusions about the mineral’s human health effects nor make any statement about its risks. Instead, the document provides the road map the agency will use to examine fluoride’s toxicity.
