EPA Joins Biden Effort to Care for Unaccompanied Migrant Kids

The EPA is asking its employees for volunteers to support the care and placement of unaccompanied children who have entered the country via the southern border, according to a Tuesday internal email from agency Chief of Staff Dan Utech obtained by Bloomberg Law.

The request, which is being coordinated through the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Mission Support, came from the Office of Personnel Management and Department of Health and Human Services, according to Utech.
