The U.S. Supreme Court won’t take up the Trump administration’s bid to block environmentalists from a closely watched public lands clash in Utah.

The justices on Monday denied the government’s petition for review in United States v. Kane County and a related petition in a dispute with broader ramifications for the rights of businesses and groups to intervene in federal litigation.
