Environmental groups are joining the fight against the EPA for cutting off California’s authority to set auto emissions standards.
Eleven groups launched a lawsuit Nov. 22 in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, challenging the Environmental Protection Agency’s September rescission of a waiver under the Clean Air Act that allows the Golden State to chart its own course on auto rules.
