Groups Sue to Stop Endangered Species Act Rollback (2)

Eight environmental and animal rights groups sued the Trump administration Aug. 21 to halt rollbacks to the Endangered Species Act.

The groups argue that the administration failed to analyze and disclose the impacts of the new rules implementing the Endangered Species Act. The Interior Department announced the rules on Aug. 12.
