Environmental Groups Sue to Block Lithium Americas Nevada Mine

The Trump administration rushed approval of the Thacker Pass Lithium Mine and in so doing “violated federal environmental statutes and swept under the rug the mine’s serious environmental impacts,” the groups said in a federal lawsuit.
