Environmental Groups, Fossil Fuel Sector Challenge EPA Air Rule

Both environmental groups and the oil and gas industry are challenging the EPA’s final rule that went into effect earlier this year eliminating the agency’s human health cost-benefit analysis in its rulemaking, which the groups allege could result in more air pollution.
