The EPA is huddling with members of Congress to develop a legislative fix for the cumulative impacts of environmental pollution, administrator Michael Regan said Wednesday.
At the same time, leaders at the agency’s Office of General Counsel are “taking a careful look at whether or not we can interpret some of our regulations in a different way to actually take into account cumulative impacts,” Regan said at a meeting hosted by the Environmental Council of the States.
