E&B Natural Resources’ Well and Pipeline Approvals Draws Lawsuit

The Bureau of Land Management failed to fully study the environmental impact of its decision to allow E&B Natural Resources Management Corp. to drill and build a pipeline on federally-managed lands in California, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday in a federal court.
