‘Do Nothing’ Air Standards for Ozone Pollution Taken to Court

More than a dozen health and environmental groups took the Environmental Protection Agency to court on Thursday over status quo air quality standards for ozone pollution released by the Trump administration.

The American Academy of Pediatrics led the American Lung Association, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, and others in a petition for review filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Thursday.
