3M Combat Earplug Insurance Appeal Denied by Delaware Judge

3M Co. and its Aearo Technologies LLC subsidiary can’t yet appeal a Delaware state court ruling that sided with insurers on coverage issues related to personal injury litigation over the company’s combat earplugs, the court said.

The request didn’t meet the standard for certification of an interlocutory appeal to the state’s high court, Judge Sheldon K. Rennie of the Delaware Superior Court said in a Thursday order.
