David Sparks, one of the stars of the Discovery Channel’s reality television show “Diesel Brothers,” has a warrant out for his arrest after a federal judge found him in contempt of several court orders in a Clean Air Act lawsuit.
Sparks is one of the owners of B&W Auto LLC, also known as Sparks Motors. He has failed to pay the $844,000 in fees owed to the plaintiff or deposits from an asset liquidation sale, and failed to turn over any documents and information requested, the US District Court for the District of Utah said Thursday.
