Diablo Canyon Plant Restart to Again Face Ninth Circuit Scrutiny

A Ninth Circuit panel in Phoenix will consider whether the Nuclear Regulatory Commission illegally approved license amendments for Pacific Gas & Electric Co.'s Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant.
