Desalination, Better Treatment, More Rain Help Stabilize Israel’s Water Supply, Report Says

JERUSALEM—A steady increase in seawater desalination and wastewater treatment, together with more efficient water use and two rainy winters, has restabilized Israel’s water supply after seven years of drought, the Israel Water Authority said in its 2012 annual report.
