Democrat David Rosner Appointed Head of US Energy Regulator

David Rosner has been appointed as chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the agency said in a statement Wednesday.

• Rosner, a Democrat who was appointed to the bipartisan commission by former President Joe Biden, had previously served as an aide to then-senator Joe Manchin from West Virginia
