Delek Logistics Operating LLC will pay $2.2 million in fines and create a plan to monitor sites harmed after an oil pipeline spill under a consent decree approved by an Arkansas federal district judge.
The Tennessee-based crude oil firm also agreed to provide employees at the Magnolia, Ark., plant where the spill occurred with annual spill-response training, the consent decree approved in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas Nov. 8 said.
