Federal regulators don’t have to conduct an environmental review of a major Midwest pipeline’s oil spill response plans, an appeals court said Friday in a victory for Enbridge Inc. and the Trump administration.
The decision is a setback for advocates attempting to use courts across the country to promote increased federal oversight of oil pipelines.
