New Jersey cannot pursue its claims that Chevron USA’s use and handling of methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) has contaminated or threatened to contaminate groundwater at a service center because it failed to allege Chevron supplied gasoline there (In re Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE) Prods.
