Constellation Energy Generation LLC sued two of its natural gas suppliers for breach of contract, alleging they failed to distribute gas to the energy provider as agreed, causing it an aggregate loss of $9.5 million.
Constellation filed separate lawsuits against Conexus Energy LLC in Harris County 133rd District Court and Flywheel Energy Marketing LLC in Harris County 125th District Court on Wednesday.
