Constellation Energy received an Energy Department waiver to import enriched uranium from Russia through 2025, according to a person familiar with the matter.
- Overall, the department has about 5 additional waiver requests pending, said the person, who asked not to be identified discussing information that hasn’t been made public
- The Energy Department and Constellation didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment
